April will be showcasing a series of black and white photographs taken just after an ice storm on a farm in Maryland.  These images evoke a mystic winter wonder world that are meant to transport us into a ethereal realm. 

Located in Providence's newly renovated historic Alice Building at 250 Westminster Street, Tazza is a caffe & bar with a true passion for offering the finest specialty coffees, espresso, wine, cocktails, food and entertainment. Tazza is a place to gather morning, noon and night that provides artists of many disciplines with a venue to present their work in a creative atmosphere.

Launch Providence is excited to announce the production of Smalltown, an action/thriller/tragedy feature film written and directed by Mark Fogarty of Exile Movies. A cryptic tale of mythic proportions, Smalltown shatters boundaries of independent film making while showcasing the very best talent of South Eastern New England.

Smalltown celebrates the Digital Media Revolution by using the latest and greatest technology including the Red Camera weilded by our digital imaging wizards from Enki Studios. This production features a diverse pool of local actors, film crew, designers, producers, and our motion graphic gurus at Optic Sugar.

Thank you all who came out June 6, 2009 for our Premiere Launch Providence Event at Kay Studios. With the generous support of our Local Food Artisan sponsors many taste buds were tantalized through a wide array of delicious delicacies.

This funky night filled with good vibes and fresh ideas, served as a space to plant our flag for a sustainable arts and entertainment economy on RI and the greater SENE area.

We would also like to thank all contributing filmmakers including our showcased film companies: Optic Sugar, Exile Movies, TSL Production and RhodeBlock Productions.

Extending our gratitude to our featured artists: Glass Blower Dillion James, Photographer A.M. Gray, and Fashion Designer Michael Rinaldi with his Zingereza designer line.

Rustic Drama got the crowd throbbing with a stellar set of real Rock & Roll. ViennaGramm closed the show with an outlandish performance meant to amaze and inspire.
